What is ONC EHR and Health IT Certification?
The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) Health IT Certification Program is a voluntary certification program to provide for the certification of health IT standards. Certified EHR and Health IT technology gives assurance to purchasers and other users that an EHR system or module is capable of offering certain technological capability, functionality, and security features defined by ONC. careMESH has received certification for the Health IT Modules identified below.
This Health IT Module is 2015 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Additional Types of Costs
The careMESH service is licensed to customers on a subscription or transaction basis. There are incremental license costs for customers that choose to optionally use HISP services. However, these are not required for the service in general or in support of the certification criteria identified above. All of the criteria identified above are included at no incremental cost to customers.
There are no contractual limitations on the use of the Health IT Modules identified above.
careMESH does not record TINs. The health IT developer or end-user is responsible for calculating performance at the TIN or group TIN for Promoting Interoperability and Promoting Interoperability Transition measures.
