Some types of communication are better suited to eFax, some providers just don’t want to use Direct, and sometimes Direct just doesn’t work. careMESH reformates these messages and intelligently routes them via eFax.
Delivery Management

Direct Secure Messaging
Direct is a way of sending and receiving clinical content. It’s designed to deliver the information directly to an EHR. Most commonly it is used for referrals and other transitions of care, and typically includes a patient record. But it can be used for much much more - admissions and discharge notifications, gap-in-care alerts, prescriber communications…
Direct is complex, EHRs can reject content if it is not in exactly the right format and not all providers have a “Direct Address.”
CONNECT takes the pain out of Direct. We:

When Direct Doesn’t Work
Sometimes Direct just won’t work. CONNECT solves this by reformatting the content and rolling over to eFax.
When Providers Choose Fax
CONNECT puts the recipient in control. They can choose to receive content via Direct, or eFAX or through a secure messaging portal. And they can choose who to rout the messages to.
