Our communications tools (Connect) are integrated with Epic Care Everywhere, allowing them to communicate via direct secure messaging and eFax and exchange records with any doctor in the country, with a 99.5% success rate. And our care coordination platform (Navigate) is launched within Epic and allows patient navigators to capture referrals and drive patients through their own personalized pathways
